Main blog not showing featured image field

    My main blog new/edit post page doesn’t show the Featured Image field, but it shows for my sub sites (subdomains).
    How can I make it appear again?
    I have a plain and default installation of WP with no data (media template hosting auto installation), only modification is the multisite configuration and the Ready2Launch! theme activated for the main blog.

    So you have a theme set that does not use featured images, and you’re wondering where to set them? Have I got that right?

    Basically, yes ??
    And you are right, shame on me!
    It happens that in my other site with the “same” configuration I have theme test drive plugin activated and pointing to other theme for admins.
    Thanks for your answer, there is always something new to learn ??
