    Hi,

Just installed the plugin and did a very basic set up by having the widget on the side bar..when I click on “view deails” next to an event, it opens up the page ../calendar/#action=calp_agenda&calp_item_id=2 but just keep showing loading.
Any problem with the js? I thought this is a wonderful plugin out of all my findings but not able to fix it. Hope the support team can look into this.

pragan – this is a know issue with themes or other plugins that don’t implement jquery correctly.

There is a full thread on our support site:

If you need help beyond that please submit a ticket and we will take a look at your site.

    Thanks, Don

thank you Don! I checked that link already before posting..Couldn’t clearly understand which header file they are talking about? the one inside the theme folder? if yes, then on mine, i don’t see the tiny scroll js there. please clarify what it is exactly.

pragan – the error can be caused by a number of different jquery files issues. The best way to test is to open up the calendar page in your browser and the “view source” – this will show you the html from the calendar page. Then search for jquery.

We look for a few things
    1) That the version of Jquery is higher than 1.7.2 – this is required by calpress
    2) That the jquery file does not show up more than once – this sometimes happens when the theme loads a version, wordpress loads a version, and maybe a plugin. All of these can create conflicts.

If you want you can provide your url and we can take a quick look.

Also if you want you can submit a ticket on our zendesk site (calpress.zendesk.com) and that way can keep your infomation between you and us and not on a public board.

    Thanks, Don
