I’d recommend running a full conflict test to identify the problem.

Here are the steps:

1. Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront.
2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.
3. Enable each plugin until you see which plugin is causing the problem.
   If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

If you’re not comfortable doing all of this on the live version of your site, you can create a staging environment using WP-STAGING.

If the issue still persists, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report so that we can better understand your site’s current environment. You can find this by navigating to WooCommerce → Status → select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

Once you have this, please share the results with us here.
