Hello, I’ve created my first two feeds, one for facebook and the other pintrest. When I’ve create my products I usually just duplicate a life product and then edit what I need, i.e. the title and images etc.

I’ve noticed today that the ‘main image’ value created by the plugin has the same image url for every single product. The result is every product has the same image whereas on my site all images are different.

I’ve cleared the cache on both the site and also the plugin but nothing updates. I’ve tried deleting the feed as well.

    Does anyone know the problem?

    Hi @rich84ts

    Thanks for reaching us.

To recreate the issue on our test site, we created an item by duplicating another item and then changed the image from the backend.
Then we created a feed to test if it’s getting the updated image or the same image from the main item and found that the feed is getting the image URL correct for the copied item. So, the issue you have reported here couldn’t be generated with the latest version of our plugin(4.5.16).

So, the possible reason could be caching which you have cleared already as you said. However, I would still suggest you to check if you are using any caching plugin like WP-rocket or anything. If you have a caching plugin installed, make sure to exclude the products from being cached.

If nothing of the above helps you to resolve the issue, please, contact us from here as we would need to inspect the issue from the backend.

    Best regards,

    Thanks Badal,

I’ve filled out the form, fingers crossed we can find a fix

As a short term workaround, I’ve set the main image field to ‘additional image 1’. This seems to work ok and also changes the image url if i change the gallery pictures. I’ve also check with my cache plugin and products are excluded but maybe I’m missing something.

    Thanks again.
