Main Image doesn’t swap on choose variation

Hello!

Dis you follow instructions as showed on the screenshoots on how to setup?

1- Assign your product Attributes and click “Save attributes”
2 – Create the variations you need, and click “Publish” or “Save as draft”
3 – Go to the WooCommerce Product Gallery and upload/choose the images you are going to use
4 – For EACH image assign the slug/variation to be used for the variation images swap
5 – Publish you product

I can’t find how to set up the slug – I assume its in the media Library, however for each image there is:
URL e.g. https://www.intersafety.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/03SOLD02.jpg
Title
Caption
Alt Text
Description
Category

no slug field

on the rigth side where you read “Variation Slug”

This is only visible in Variable products and after:

1- Assign your product Attributes and click “Save attributes”
2 – Create the variations you need, and click “Publish” or “Save as draft”

Im assuming you really have my plugin active and running ??

I’ve done that, & you can see the magnifier working: e.g. https://www.intersafety.co.uk/product/eagle-premium-polo-shirt and this is the back-end: https://i.imgur.com/AuLtWsP.png. Also, the correct variation image is shown in the basket.
So a bit stuck!

I assume you are clicking in the “Product gallery” situated on the Right side of the page below the main image? And no in the variations tab.

This plugin is not working for me. Hoping you could help.

We are using the bridge theme which uses the WPBakery page builder: https://themeforest.net/item/bridge-creative-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/7315054

Wordpress 4.9.6
ReduxFramework plugin Installed
SVI is activated in woocommerce
followed the screenshots and added slug to each variation

Any idea?

What exactly is not working..?
If the theme is using the proper hooks it should work.

Does the images get replaced with my gallery on the product page? Are you using a builder? Are you using a swatches plugin?

When I assign a new image to the 2nd variation, the image does not change when selected on the front end (https://imgur.com/a/5j8Qqvu). I am performing the the plugin testing on a staging site, but here is the production site: https://bewell-connect.us/product/smart-tens-unit-mytens/ product page.

Are you using a builder? The product templates are built on WPBakery, however the product posts are using the standard Woocommerce functionality: https://imgur.com/OP0ArSx

That is the reason, it would seem that your theme doesnt have the proper WooCommerce hooks set into place.
