Main image is not compressed

  • Hi, I have used your plugin on one of my site with paid subscription of API key. The issue I am having is the main image is not getting compressed at all.

    It will help us if you can share some more information on the problem:
    – With the main image, do you refer to the “original size”?
    – Can you send us a screenshot of what you see if you click on “details” in the compression column in Media Library?
    – Can you share an example of an original image and the “compressed” version?
