Main menu Mobile Issue

  • Hi there,
    I got an issue with my Main Menu on my page.
    If I open the menu from the PC browser it works fine. It drops down, and the Secondary page can be open with a click, and they eventually scroll down open too if they have content.

    On the Mobile, this doesn’t happen ??

    I did try to look on the forum, I did find this advice:
    “Appearance > Customize > Header > Mobile Menu, and set the Dropdown Target to Icon.”

    Now I did get to the Header but I can’t find “Mobile Menu”.
    Or Mobile Menu is the way the website gets viewed?!

    Please help, as my ‘Service’ Page doesn’t work on the phone.

    That advice depends on the theme the site is using, so you’re obviously using a different theme than the person that advice was originally written for.

    Also, the menu display, including the mobile “hamburger” menu, is a theme-specific feature.

    You’re using the Flatsome theme, which is a commercial product.

    WordPress support volunteers are not given access to commercial themes and plugins, so we’re unable to install your Flatsome theme and help you resolve this issue.

    Please contact your theme’s vendor for help. They built and sold the theme, and are in the best position to help you.
