Main menu not scrolling at times

    The main menu on the site I’m working on is on the left. It is long enough and users on low-resolution screens have to scroll down to see the buttons not initially visible.

    The problem: The business owner and a couple of his peers have claimed that they were unable to scroll down the menu. However, I have never faced this issue nor have any of the people that I have asked to test.

    It is difficult to understand, identify, and fix this without experiencing it myself.

    Has anyone else experienced such an issue and managed to fix this?
