Main menu not working

    When I click on my main menu items on the web the URL does not change and I can’t see the content I have created on those pages. When I view my website from the dashboard through Appearance -> Customize the menu does work and I can see my content. Also, I can’t switch between my dashboard and my site; I can go from ontariomathteacher.ca/wp-admin to my site, but not back to the dashboard. I keep having to enter the /wp-admin to the end of the URL to go to the dashboard.

    I checked my website on my iPad and the menu links are working everywhere EXCEPT the computer I use to update my website. On that computer the main menu is not working and I can’t toggle back to the WordPress dashboard from my site (after first successfully going from the dashboard to my site).

    I switched from Edge to Chrome to access my site and now my menu is working. I am still concerned that I was having a problem on a major browser, but perhaps it is just my computer.

    Hello,

    Basically, seems you are talking about the problem in Edge browser, but when we checked, couldn’t find any issues. So we need to check it in the admin area to identify your real problem.     Hello again – on the advice of my website host I cleared the history on Microsoft Edge and now the menus are working. Please close this support request.
