Main Menu Rendering issue in Firefox

Hey,

Have an issue that cropped up with a browser.

-> Main Menu items disappear after clearing browser history.

1 – Firefox Quantum v.65.0 (Windows)
2 – Repeatable [Clear browser history, click on header logo to refresh]
3 – Either partial cropped menu items appear of no menu items appear.
4 – Scroll over buttons (hover) and they appear. Or hit browser refresh and they appear.
5 – All plugins turned off.
6 – Cannot replicate in other browsers. (Firefox DEV, Chrome, Microsoft Edge) – the page and behavior both function normally in these browsers
7 – Cannot replicate in other themes
8 – I do not know if this has been persistent.

Any thoughts? What else can I look at? Is this behavior symptomatic of something else?
