Main Menu transparency

Hi,
In Customise/Header/Main Header: there is an option to Enable transparent Header. You can then add the page you want for transparent header. In my case its the front page. I have done this but all my pages have a transparent header. There is also an option on the page Editer called Botiga Page Options to disable transparent header. This has no effect. Am I missing something? How can I fix this.
