Main Nav Menu Broken with last update

We are facing a critical issue with our main nav menu after last WP update version. If I do a hard refresh, at the time of uploading the page, it shows our main nav menu broken for a couple of seconds. In some parts of the world (France, Serbia, etc.), it shows the menu completely broken (see screenshot below). No sure what is causing this. Any ideas?
