    Hello,

I am using the Bookmark theme for desktop and Swift theme for AMP. The AMP webpage renders very well except for the post order. It displays recent posts in chronological order but the next page displays them randomly. As a result, some posts are never displayed on the main page. I was wondering if there is any AMP setting that I am missing.

    Thanks.

Yes, that’s absolutely right. This is strange. Have you excluded any posts from the “Hide AMP Bulk tools” option?

Also, can you please export the theme settings (https://ampforwp.com/tutorials/article/how-to-import-and-export-the-amp-option-panel-settings/) and share that file? so that I can import your settings and try to understand what could be causing this bug.

Thanks. “Hide AMP Bulk tools” option seems to be fine, I have not excluded any posts.
    Here are the export settings.

That’s strange, I don’t seem to be able to reoccur this on my end.

    1. Try to reset your settings and see if that works.
    2. Try to setup a dummy installation on a directory and see if that happens the same on the new installation?

Sorry for the late reply. So I reset all sections and the problem has gone. However, the Swift theme has also disappeared and in its place I see the Bookmark theme that I installed for desktop. Would be nice if I could get the Swift theme back.

The Desktop theme was showing because the mobile redirection was off. When I toggled it on, the Swift theme appeared but so did the original problem. So looks like the problem appears whenever I switch to AMP theme. I could try the dummy installation. Do you have a link with instructions, please?
    Thanks.

Can you share the video or the image so that I can understand the issue more.

I feel like I am unable to understand the issue “Practically”, I need to understand it enough before I can solve it. So please help me understand this problem.

Sorry about the confusion. Let me try again.

When I do Reset All, the theme goes back to Desktop Theme and posts are chronological. Then I toggle Mobile redirection to ON, I get the Swift theme but posts are not chronological. In other words resetting the settings is not working.

With all the AMP themes – Swift/Design 1,2,3/Tech Blogging AMP Theme – the problem of non-chronological posts remains. I get the chronological posts only with non-AMP themes.

I was not sure which image to post. Please let me know if you would like a specific image of the process.

It would be easier if you could record a video? Is that too much to ask?

Okay, I made a small video describing the problem. Making videos is not my strong point so sorry about the shakiness and other faults. Please let me know if you need any clarifications.

oh, I see what you mean now. Thank you so much for helping me understand it.

Can you please list down the theme that you are using and the list of the plugins that you have as activated?
