Main Page RECENT POSTS font color

Hy first of all i like the theam very much keep going on ??

now my problem. at my main side we have the RECENT POSTS showing up a image and if you go withe the mous over the image the headline of the post will show up.

How can i change the color of this font color ? for example into black withe a withe outline ?
