Main page title has site name twice. Why?

Very funny and very non intuitive titles.
1) In the WP settings filled “Sitemname” and “Site description”.
In Yoast:
2) Forced overwrite titles is disabled. Separator is n-dash.
3) Main page title template is disabled. Description too.ОК. Lets go to site! Looking for title… WTF?
“Sitename” – “Description” “Sitename”
Well, enable the forced overwriting and set up the “Sitename” like a template of main page. Lets go to site!.. LOL!
“Sitename” – “Sitename”
Please. Tell me. What is that?
P. S. All posts has the double “Sitename” in title too.
