Main Product Image automatically become thumbnail after a minute

    (Issue applies to ALL product pages)

    I tried deactivating all related plugins but doesn’t make a difference.

    Customizer > Woocommerce Settings > Product Image

    Current Theme: Customizr 3.4.12

    You would need to test against a default theme like twentynineteen or storefront but 99% sure you are going to have to talk to the people at Customizr about that issue.

    Actually, have been using this theme for over 8 years, no problem until the past few days

    Woocommerce version 3.5, would it be because of the recent woocommerce update?

    but let me try on the other themes first

    Can you tell why it automatically turns into a thumbnail after a minute? I mean, if you reload the page, the main product image is the normal uncropped size, but a minute later, it transforms into a hard cropped thumbnail.

    Hi there,

    Not sure why it only happens after a minute on your site, but the issue should be fixed in the WC 3.5.1 release which went out today.
