Main Product Image is just a grey box

    I think I finally got the Geo -targeting working, so now I would love to get the main image appearing – I just get a grey box – I’ve tried on my Mac Book, on my Mac desktop, and at my sisters on her Windows P.C. I’ve checked that I have the latest version of adobe, and I still get this big grey box: Main product box

    The other smaller product images come out below it just fine, but the main one is just huge with two smaller linked boxes inside it.

    I would be very grateful if anyone might know what could be causing this! Did anyone else have this issue, and how did they resolve it? Could it be that the size is too big!? And if so, how do I get it smaller if it is automatically put there as that size! – Maybe it’s something else causing it though, damn this is stressful ??

    @amazonlinkbuilder – Hi Amazon Link Builder support team – Please are you able to assist with this issue – I really would like to continue using your plugin – but I desperately need to get the main images showing. I’ve been asking around and trying everything but I still just get this big grey box and no main image.
    All my other images are there if I use another import plugin or upload from my computer. I’ve tried trouble shooting and googling, but still stuck – I will be so grateful if you can investigate. I’ve supplied screenshots in my above post

    I’ve also just published one product on my website for you to see, and all my other posts are test ones that are unpublished as they look too bad to post with the big grey box appearing every time.

    I was able to finally find the issue and fix it myself, thank goodness I can now move on with my website

    Hi Sherry, Glad you fixed it. I tested my Geo Targeting ads this weekend as planned and it seems to be working – but now I notice images don’t always show! Not a grey box, just the image missing icon but could be the same thing.

    What was the fix for your issue? I might try it and see if it fixes my issue too.

    @robertshaw Mine was a silly thing! Quite embarrassing actually, but I’m new to all this so I can excuse myself lol – I was getting the big grey box on everything that I retrieved with the plugin because I was supposed to get an image and upload it there myself! I didn’t know that, and then figured it out in desperation. I was only getting the smaller images with descriptions, but not a big main image. I wish they had put that in the documentation, would have saved me 2 weeks of going grey and snapping at my cats! Sounds like you are having a different issue though?

    Thanks. I think mine may be a cache problem as the text from Amazon shows but not the image. Thanks anyway. Glad you fixed it.
