Maintain plugin changes after update

    Hello.

    You have created an awesome plugin. Great job!

    I have made some changes inside php files of the plugin. Unfortunately every time the plugin gets updated, all the changes are gone.

    Is there a way of maintaining these changes after the plugin update?

    We created its pro version and also creating documentation of it. Documentation is in progress but you can buy the pro version and enjoy its features.

    You can overwrite the plugins layouts in your theme’s folder so it will not effect even after any update of the plugin.

    Do you mean the contents of the folder “wp-content/plugins/category-ajax-filter/includes”?

    Hi @flipside37 ,
    Yes, we will send you the zip folder that you need to place in your theme folder.

    Basically you can overwrite any layout code with its css file too.
