  • @a95web First, make sure you clear your site cache. Most hosts have a caching layer that needs to be cleared when updates are made. Check with your host if you are unsure how to clear.

If not working, try to enable/disable Isolation mode here https://www.seedprod.com/docs/troubleshooting/#page-not-showing-correctly-or-formatting-issue

If still not working, can you try to deactivate each plugin and see which conflict.

    Hi,

Ive tried the cache multiple times and it still shows the logged in users my site.

Ive tried the isolation mode, when it is enabled it actually ruins the theme i made so i keep it off

Ive tried the deactivation of plugins but none of them are giving that issue

any other ideas or if it is a setting that were missing out?

@a95web After reviewing your concern, we found out that the maintenance mode is not working if the user logged in to your WordPress dashboard, right? If this is correct, Maintenance mode once activated can be displayed on either preview page or live site. When we log in to your admin page we could see the real website.

    We hope that clarifies.

What I meant is customers who are logged into my site dont seem to see the maintenance mode page, not the wordpress dashboard login. guest users see the page but not logged in, ive been testing this on multiple browsers and devices.

@a95web Can you share with us a screenshot and URL for us to take a look at?

@a95web In the free version if you are logged in you see the regular website, only logged out visitors see the coming soon page. In the Pro version, you can set which roles see the coming soon page vs those who do not. Hope that clarifies. Please let me know if not.
