Maintenance mode not activating on site

    This plugin wouldn’t affect maintenance mode. Also, when you are logged in to the site and have maintenance mode activated, you will still view the site as if it wasn’t in maintenance mode. Try logging out and see if the website is viewable in maintenance mode when you have it activated.
