Maintenance mode not working

  • I enabled maintenance mode on our domain.dev website. I setup ‘Logged In’ for the ‘Who can access’ setting and I chose a Template.

    But the normal site is still visible. I flushed the cache, closed and reopened the browser, tried other browsers, also in incognito mode, but nothing seems to work. I have no caching plugin on this site.

    What could be wrong?
