Maintenance Mode still pops up every once in awhile even after deletion

Loved the plugin, but maintenance mode still pops up every once in awhile after I have deactivated and deleted the plugin. I cleared all cache for sure, and even cleared my browsers cache. Maintenance mode even popped up a couple times when doing my page speed test with Pingdom. Is there something in the database that keeps this plugin active? Please help me as this is a huge issue.
Fore example, today, on mobile with google chrome, this page kept popping up in maintenance mode (though on desktop I cannot replicate it). And I cleared my mobile cache as well:
