Maintenance problema

I have a problem and I don′t find the solution, and I don′t know if this problem is about redux framework.
Last week I bought a premium theme and now the web has a maintenance message that I have not put. I’ve read that with this problema I have to enter in FTP program and delete the .maintenance file, but I have not this file, I activated the display of hidden files and nothing is there. I disabled all plugins, but it′s haven′t problem. I installed wordpress version 4.3 because I had a 4.4 but it wasn′t the problem.
When I change the theme, the maintenance page disappears, but when you activate the helpinghands theme reappears problem. I erased the helpinghands theme and I returned to install but I can not fix it. I do not know what else to do.When I go to redux framework setting in my dashboard, it has an option “informe de cambios” and I see this message:
