    Hi

For the time being is there any way I can get the file for the previous version of the plugin?

    Thanks Louis,

It’s nice to hear that after a tough day so far! 2, 1 star reviews and alot of support requests and emails to get through.

I always knew a major release is a painful process for everyone but didn’t think it would be this brutal!

Its also shown me how many hosts are still running outdated PHP software even big companies like GoDaddy as shown above which really suprised me.

Hope you manage to get your PHP upgraded and are able to enjoy the new features.

    All the best

I see the bad reviews, and both of them annoyingly mentioning outdated PHP.

At least you still have a good rating overall, I think it’s about time I left a review as well!

I’m still looking in to my PHP but I really hope I can get it sorted soon as your plugin is quite an integral design feature in my site as I imagine it is in many others. Keep up the good work.

    Hey Louis,

I very much appreciate that 5 star review, hopefully over time the 1 star reviews will get pushed down, as you mention they both mention the PHP version which was already specified as not supported.

As I said before I am suprised at the amount of outdated servers with big companies.

We are onto PHP 7.0 now so they really are stuck back about 10 years ago some of these companies.

Anyway let me know how you get on via email if you’d like.

    Thanks again

I just updated the plugin and I am getting an error.

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/content/28/9637628/html/wp-content/plugins/esponsive-menu/responsive-menu.php on line 29

    Thanks!

    Hi Ryan,

This is the first question on the FAQ tab on these pages, you are running outdated PHP and need to upgrade to at least 5.4.

Wordfence is throwing alerts about this version. To me it looks like your code changes are not registered with WordPress properly and therefore wordfence thinks files area out of date or modified.

    Hi there,

There have been a couple of hotfixes applied and changes to the readme.txt which mean they could be out of date now.

You can either tell it to ignore these changes or re-download the plugin from the repository.

    Hope that helps

Shouldn’t the plugin be pinging me to update from within wordpress? None of the sites that are having this issue are showing that I need to update the plugin or offering me the option to update.

    Hey there,

No, because it was updates to the readme.txt not a version update.

When 3.0.1 is released it will all be up to date. I could force through an update but until actual coding changes are made it doesn’t make sense.

    Hi,
There is a problem with “Close Menu on Link Clicks” when used on mobile (I tried in on Iphone). The menu closes without scrolling down to the wanted page. When I try it on desktop/computer it works fine.

    Link to website: https://www.aabrandtskole.dk/
I use the plugin “Page scroll to id”

    Please advise,
    Morten
