major BUG in update

issue 1
after update i received this message for all my forms

Warning — Missing Fieldset
Your form may not function or display correctly. Please be sure to add or move a Fieldset to the beginning of your form.

i tried to deactivate/reactivate, deleted all forms then deleted the plugin and reinstalled, still the same thing. i had to rollback

issue2 this is probably caused by the above but custom css fields werent working properly regarding subtags
