Major changes in last VSCF versions

    Hi,

    Last VSCF versions contain several major changes.

    Most important changes are:

    • Plugin now supports Bootstrap CSS, meaning I have changed CSS structure of form.
    • New attribute to scroll back to form location after submit.
    • New attribute to change default mail subject.
