I created a form using Ninja Forms.
Everything seemed to work OK, do didn’t do a lot of checking.
I did a large email blast, and only after discovered that the form isn’t getting back to me. I put 2 additional email addresses in the admin location, and the form does not go to any of them. I just sent bout a half million emails, and whoever tries to respond will think I am ignoring them.
Nothing appears wrong, why do the emails not go out? I have carefully checked everything in the email chain, and all is functional. All 3 address work perfectly, but nothing comes from the Ninja form.
This is a major problem for me. Can you assist???

Are you able to see the users’ submissions on the submissions page?

That way even if your emails aren’t reaching you, you can still see what people are submitting.

Also, you may want to try an SMTP plugin. I have experienced it to make sending emails from WordPress MUCH easier. I have been happiest with “Easy WP SMTP”.

We try to assist everyone who asks for support but as we’ve stated in this sticky thread, we don’t offer support on these forums. This is to help us provide support more efficiently by keeping it all in one channel.

If you would like support from the developers you can follow the support link it provides and we’d be happy to assist you.

If you are happy waiting here to see if someone else can assist you you are welcome to do that as well.
