MAJOR ERROR, FORMS ARE NOT WORKING

After updating to CF7 version 4.8, forms no longer send.
This is the error I get in the Console when refreshing the page:
GET https://larsonpatentlaw.com/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/799/refill 404 (Not Found)
This is the error I get in the Console when pressing send:
POST https://larsonpatentlaw.com/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/799/feedback 404 (Not Found)
We have multiple sites with this issue. In attempt to resolve, I’ve switched to TwentyFifteen, deactivated all plugins, and reinstalled CF7 to no avail.
Please help, this is an URGENT matter.

You can use https://cl.www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-rollback/ to roll back to 4.7
