Major excerpts problem

    Hi guys,
    Is there ANY way of getting excerpts to have both formatting AND an excerpt thumbnail?? I have two plugins installed, one to allow thumbnails and one to allow formatting, but they wont work together.

    For reference my site is https://www.wolfdogrescue.net/wordpress

    Please help if you know anything that might be useful to solving this!
