After adding a MySQL source, the dynamic query interface builder dose something very wrong.

When I click on the datasource, my wordpress database and tables load. This is worrisome, I never defined that database, the source I want is on an entirely different machine.

I tested the credentials on another WP install with Xdata and it works fine there.

So I uninstalled XData toolkit. But when I reinstall all my config and sources are still there. It leaves tables and config in the WP database. I tried your paid support but your site has been down for maintenance for more than a month.

I fear your plugin has corrupted itself and cannot be removed without manual intervention.

    Please help!

    Hello Mark,

I apologize but we are relaunching our corporate site within a week. It is just a normal part of doing business unfortunately.

However, there is nothing to worry about. We can resolve this through our technical support. I have sent you an email that I just received from you on our Alexander doc site.

    Best Regards,
    Vaughn Bullard

Great, I’m online now if we can look at it. Although I didn’t get the email.

Thanks for the help Vaughn. I was finally able to connect after establishing my host was blocking the mysql port.

That’s great news Mark. Glad I could help as much as I could. Feel free to submit a tech support request anytime through the XData Toolkit, as we don’t always get notifications (for whatever reason) from the WP.org website.

    Best Regards,
    Vaughn Bullard
