    Hi,

I had requested for the support on same topic 3 weeks prior as well, but I haven’t received any solution and topic was closed. So here is the issue once again written down below.

Robo gallery used to work fine initially in test sever, but now it has stopped working. Server configuration and hosting providers are same as well. I am unable to view Shortcode in Manage gallery list, nor able to view gallery size options, cache settings, Thumbnail view options, hover options etc. Just add image option is visible. Even here after image has been added, it won’t be shown up in the front end throws error stating “empty bg
    No Images.
Please upload images in images manager section. Click on Manage Images button on the right side of the gallery settings.
Please make sure that you didn’t enabled option: Images of the Current Gallery. Option should have Show value to show images.”

COuld you please help in sorting this. This is a high priority request.

    Thanks in advance!

  • I had such an issue. It was related to the gallery jquery conflict.

Try to switch alternative jquery version in gallery compatibility settings.

    Hi @mikecstudio !

Thank you! Really appreciate your helping hand :), but unfortunately I had already given a try switching to alternative jQuery version, but that did not help ??

I had such a problem but with the old gallery version, and after an update to the latest gallery version, everything was fixed.

Could you please your ticket with details of your PHP and WordPress versions to the ticket here: https://www.robogallery.co/new-ticket

I guess this problem is related to some conflict. We need to check it more closely.

In my case it was related with cache plugin which brake down general gallery workflow.

Just replaced cache by alternative solution. Don’t have any problems any more.
