• I updated my WordPress version today on my Woocommerce site. I also added the AngelFire plugin for PayPal. After doing so, my site crashed. We then realized if you type in https first the site loads. But, the back end of my site is inaccessible I just get a blank white screen. My site, sharkwheel.com loads now because I had it pointed to the https version. But, do to the PayPal plugin issue, I do not have a shopping cart now to accept purchases. And I cannot access the back end to attempt to change anything. Please help!!

    Hello,

You can disable all plugins on your site by visiting your web hosting providers cPanel – go to PHPMyAdmin ‘wp_options’ table. Find ‘active_plugins’ and remove everything from ‘option_value’ for that row.

That will disable/deactive all plugins on the site. You can then login and renable the plugins you want.

If you have any more questions I can try to help out!

    Cheers,

    Liam
