• I’m having a BIG issue with editing fields.

    On a user profile form I have a field which is READ-ONLY for users. In other words, the ADMIN put in the contents of this field which everyone can see, but only admin can edit.

    If the user tries to edit their profile the field does not show (obviously, as they can’t edit it).

    However the contents of the field are DELETED when the USER saves any edits they make (to other fields, for example).

    Can you get back to me urgently on this please!

    Have you done a conflict test to make sure another plugin or theme is not effecting the bahviour of our plugin?

    Any chance of a reply to my query? I sent it 4 days ago.

    Let’s be frank here; I paid quite a lot of money for the UM extension and the support is pretty slow, especially now you’ve moved to a ticket system.

    I’d prefer forum support which was faster and allowed us to compare notes and get help from other users. This ticketing system is slower and less efficient and to be honest, it sucks!

    What email did you use to submit the ticket or what was the title of the ticket so I can see the status of your ticket?

    We have already tried running support via a forum and it became impossible to manage due to the amount of topics and people were not using it to help each other but rather request support.

    We are able to respond to tickets faster now than we were able to before with forum and we have hired 3 people to help with support since November so we have invested a lot into making support better.

    Haven’t had an answer to my ticket though, from 4 days ago.

    I can see one ticket submitted a few days ago which was replied to on the 18th by one of our developers. It is awaiting a response from you. Can you check your spam folder? It could be that your email host is blocking our emails from reaching you.
