Major issues with website mobile version!!!

APPLYS ONLY FOR MOBILE VERSION.

1.Homepage on mobile version disappeared. See attached links of pictures.

2.Images are NOT adjusted to mobile version. See attached links.

3.Updated images on website do not appear on mobile version of actual website, only on desktop.

JetPack has been deactivated multiple times, and reactivated, and reinstalled……., nothing happened! The Theme was reinstalled multiple times, nothing happened! WP was reinstalled multiple times, nothing happened.
