Major load on the database(?)

After activating this plugin, which I love btw, it seems that it runs ALOT of update queries…? Seems to update every single post menu order on post/page list view in the admin section.

In many cases this will result on a lockout depending on your ISP… isn’t it a better sollution to only run the update query once a user actually change the order..?
