Major Mistake

Types is a wonderful and amazing plugin, which we’ve been happily using for years, but it is wrong on so many levels to force users to purchase an annual subscription to the entire Toolset Suite in order to upgrade from Types 2.3 to Toolset 3.0, which by the way you are constantly nagged to do. Sorry, but most of the Toolset Suite is not needed nor helpful to majority of users. It’s total overkill. This is the wrong direction. Chinese menu of paid functionality is great, the way it was. Hell, you can even add a Pro version of Types and charge for that. Having to order the entire menu in order to get one dish, however, is a losing proposition, a deal killer, and we will no longer be able to use Types on new sites as a result and will now need to deprecate it for a different solution on legacy sites. Major mistake in direction.
