• UPDATE: After some time they have solved the duplicity of orders.

We bought the paid version a few weeks ago and since the beginning we have experienced a serious problem, it duplicates quite a few orders in woocommerce “Master”. So far we have not managed to solve it and we are concerned, not that they can fix it, because at the code level would be quite simple that if you program a plugin that imports orders from one woocmmerce to another, not even if they want to have a conditional function checking the order ID, if it is already importing not to import it again, we are more concerned about the bad attention we have received.

We have been developing woocommerces since 2015, we have participated in more than 300 different projects and we have worked with many different themes and plugins and we have never been answered so rudely and without resolution options in any case.

    Hi.

The customers are always right ??
But we cant take an unfair review of this kind so we are preparing a lenghty and detailed answer to this review.
In the meantime, the fact is that we have spent numerous hours trying to fix issues that are caused by other things than our plugin, bad managed site (managed before Urbanbiker took over),hosting etc.
Also its a fact that our paid plugin has about 5000 active users (the page you currently are on is only for an addon for that plugin) and Urbanbiker is the only one that has the issues he wants support for.
I also want to mention that we have only about 3-5 tickets every day, mostly questions on how to do things, not for things that doesn’t work. Thats not bad when you have 5000 users ??

Hello, the server errors have been resolved. And the plugin is still doubling a significant percentage of orders. It is a problem of its development because if there was a simple function that checked the source ID of the order it would avoid the problem.

As you can see the review is posted because they have not managed to solve the problem, they have said that this was caused by htpps2 errors, and in a bad way. And once this has been solved, it is still the same. They can’t go around saying that we mismanage our pages, it’s very bad manners. This is not a valid option.

    Hi.
Its never a good idea to discuss differences in public if a user has issues, but we need to stand up when treated unfair.
I just want to mention that the plugin doesnt create double orders with any other of the 5000 users. I think you can agree thats normally a clear sign that something is not right on the site.
And again, we always fix issues caused by our plugin, not other site-specific issues, although we try to point in the right direction.
The solution you propose may seem simple, but it isn’t. When you work with one of the most advanced plugins on the planet nothing is simple, anything implemented will influence many other things, in this case, sync time and server resources.

But the reported server problems have been solved and, as we suspected from the beginning, it has not solved the duplicity of orders.

And it is also not a good idea to say that the management of our shops is lousy without knowing anything about it.

What is lousy is that a plugin that sends orders from a child woocmmerce to the parent woocommerce duplicate orders. That with a single function with a comparison by conditional ID is solved. But as it doesn’t happen to thousands of other customers, it’s not the plugin’s problem.

Well, excuse me, but if it is the plugin’s problem, since its main function does not do it and also do not even want to investigate why it does it wrong.

However, requesting the removal of the negative review does matter to you.
