MAJOR PROBLEM–No ACCESS

  • Our current website administrator has lost his access. Not sure what he did to kill it, but it is gone. I am the past administrator but my access was reduced to user only. How can we regain access to make changes to our site. I would be the one taking it back over. Is there any way for me to get in and get my user access elevated back to administrator? HELP
