Major Problem With Snippet Preview

I am having a major problem with the Snippet Preview not showing the text I enter when I share a post to Twitter/Facebook/Google+. Instead, it shows the default text, the first few lines of the post.
I disabled all my plugins and Flywheel caching, same problem,
Suggestions?
