Major problem with tablets and terrible support

Beware that the drop down menu does not work with either IPad or Android tablets. Basically, the theme is useless.
I requested for a help. A response (not solution) came many days after the first request asking me for more information. I supplied additional information. Then nothing. It’s been 15 days after the additional information was sent. At the 10th day, a reminder was sent. Still nothing.
I paid for the ProtoPress Pro. You expect a certain response from a theme author when you pay for a theme.
Another reviewer who gave 2 stars had argument with the author for a slow response time. The author argued back not to leave a bad review until waiting for 24 hours. It’s been 15 days!
Anyhow, the theme is not usable because of the menu problem. What good is a theme if the menu does not work?
