• Hello,

    I′m following the advice from Marko Vasiljevic: “… reach out to your theme support and check with your hosting support also, to resolve these errors. It appears that there was some problem with the theme and the PHP update or similar.”

    I did a major update of my website in this running order: plug ins, word press (to last version) and php (on domainfactory.eu) to V8.2.

    After that I received the white screen, an error message about W3TotalCach and couldn′t log in any more.

    My pc runs on windows10 and the browser is Firefox.

    After all this I got in touch with Marko and did following things:

    • deactivation of all plug ins
    • deleting anything being connected to W3TC
    • deleting HTAccess lines being connected to W3TC
    • starting debug mode
    • switching back to php v7.4

    Now I can see the website (very deranged), but still can′t log into the dashboard.

    Following to Marko I would like to ask you for further support as this situation is taking a lot of time and energy. I am absolutely not very experienced, so please take that into account if giving me any instructions, so I can follow your thoughts realizing those steps!
