Major Update to v2.0.0

Dear users,

we’ve released a major update to v2.0.0 which includes many changes to make the codebase of the theme meet latest standards and make it ready for future development. The latest update also includes some nice improvements:

• Several design improvements
• Increased site width to 1080px
• Optimized image dimensions to support new site width
• Improved responsive layout
• Built-in support for Font Awesome Icons
• Excerpts for posts in MH Slider [lite] widget
• Redesigned comment section

The update to v2.0.0 will be available for download within the next couple of days. In case you want to update already or want to test the update, you can find the new version for download here.

After you’ve updated your site, you need to regenerate your thumbnails to ensure that your thumbnails meet the new requirements.

Important: If you’re running a child theme that contains several of the old theme files and functions, you might see incompatibilities with the latest version of the theme and it’s recommended to test your child theme before updating. In case you see issues with your child theme, you can copy the new theme files (only the files you need for your customizations) and then modify them as you like to meet your requirements.
