• They way I see it, OneAll owes me for an hour and a half of my time. I installed this plugin, set it up on my site and on theirs including all the APIs on all the social networks – and it never worked.

Then, a few days later while on their site my social network settings were all gone. All that time I spent setting all that up was a complete waste.

Maybe their intent is to have you invest your time so you have to buy their product. But I tell you, I want nothing to do with them now. I wouldn’t use it if they paid me.

    Hi Glenn,

you seem to have two different OneAll accounts.
I have send you the details of both accounts by email.

You have probably setup the social networks with one account and
    then connected with another.

You just need to login with the correct account to access the settings.

    Claude,
Thank you for your response and suggestions.

After correspondence with Claude, the plugins author, my problem is resolved. There was some difficulty getting this plugin to work, but the result was it was my inexperience and confusion that led to the plugin not working properly.

It seems to work as it should now.

    Thank you Claude.
Can I change my rating? I’d give it 3 or 4 stars now (due to the difficulty in the first place). But I’d give 5 stars for your customer support.
    Thank you,
    Glenn

Well 3 months on and star one star. This is exactly why I beg for the stars to be scrapped. It could be thumbs up/down it would be make no difference.

My opinion is that a plugin should be rated how many people say it works or not. If they say it does not work they are made to review as they are now but must include a screenshot or video URL showing the problem.
