Make a custom page instead of a category page ?

No, categories only work on posts – but esmi’s link above shows how to put category posts on a page. Or maybe this plugin would do what you want:

OK what I want is simple a redirect plugin maybe from a category to another link for example a page that is all , easy , I tried to use some link redirect plugin but none of them worked
