if you have the Custom Fields extension you can add the city and zip-code fields to the [adverts_add] form and make the mandatory then the users will need to fill those fields when posting an Ad.

the other option would be to custom program it as explained here https://wpadverts.com/doc/custom-fields/ while this is a free option it requires some PHP programming knowledge.

Ok cool. But for what is the checkbox good? I see the choose but when the ad is online you never see the choose.

The code only shows an example on how to use different fields (text and checkboxes) if you do not want to add a checkbox to the form simply remove the checkbox code.

As for displaying the value entered in the custom field, by default the first code snippet does not do it, in the page I linked to scroll to the “Displaying on Ad Details Page” section you will find there a code for displaying a value on the Ad details.
