Make a post for a past date?

    I am starting a blog documenting my drinking of one different beer, for 365 days…

    Problem is I am already on my 15th beer/day, and want a way to post something in the past? Is this possible? I just want to keep it organized as far as the actual date that I drank the beer.

    Sure, when writing a post, in the Publish module, click on the edit link to the right of the Published on and edit the post date.
