Make a team roster?

I would like to make a customizable table that lets the coach edit stats in an easy to use table, but try as I might, I can’t find any plugins that support this. I tried SportsPress, but it makes no sense to me, plus I’m making a site for lacrosse, an unsupported sport. Please help!
