Make “About Us” the index page

I’d like to turn my About Us page into index page.

This is what I did:

Admin>Settings>Reading> and went to the Front page radio buttons.

I checked “static page” and chose a About Us page from the dropdown and then saved the changes.

It worked, except that I have one problem: now the Blog page is missing. It looks like the Blog tab in the menu replicated the About Us Tab. I mean, it’s now highlighted together with the About Us page. When I clicked on it, the About Us page reloads instead of going to the Blog page.

My client wants the About Us page to appear when someone goes to his website. But of course, he needs to see his blog page.

By the way, I’m using SUFFUSION theme for this site.

How do I fix this? Thanks and God bless!
