Make all posts Private

    I would like to know if there is a way to set all posts to private. The reason is our company would like a way for members to come on and ask questions without the feeling of peers judging them. Essentially when they log in they would only see “their” questions. Only admins would have the ability to answer anything. Thank you for your time.
