Make background image clickable

  • Hello everybody!

    Under “Appearance” –> “Customise” I can upload a background image.

    I would like to make that background image clickable.
    At the same time I want the site area, which is 940px wide, not to be clickable.

    Do you guys have any idea how to do that?
